HETA partnered with Inno Metal Studs Corp to delvelop the architectural product “Caster Cube”, which is a single-story prefabricated modern dwelling that includes a kitchen & living space, a master bedroom, a full bathroom, a study room and other miscellaneous storage and utility closets.
Compared to traditional construction methods, Cube is made in factory, framed with heavy gauge cold – formed steel framing and properly insulated, and cladded with detachable high quality aluminum honeycomb panels that provide exceptional water proofing quality and maintenance convenience
Future owners have the chance to choose from a variety of options carefully selected by us, including but not limited to exterior& interior finishes, fixtures and technology integrations.
Cubes are built on chasis with axles, and wheeled to site. They are ideal for people who needs a temporary home that allows for a quick country escape.
Minimizing labor needed for installation is what differentiate “Castor Cube” from others. Utilities (mechanical system, plumbing system, electrical system) have been pre-installed before delivery to the fullest extent. Installers could finish all utility hook up on site as quick as a matter of a day.
