Located in the prime location in South Philly, this project consists four attached single-family modern townhouses. A unique “Carriage” structure is created, allowing off-street parking aisle tucked in the rear, so that the building will preserve a beautiful, undisruptive façade on the front street, and preserve the street parking as much as possible for the local community.

We also have introduced 2 double-height spaces, at the entrance foyer and primary living space to harvest daylight and provoke more spatial interaction within this vertical dwelling.
